- All Lift Cranes product warranty covers products it manufactures against defects in material or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of shipment.
- The product warranty applies to All Lift Cranes equipment or materials which, after our inspection is determined to be defective. All Lift Cranes agrees to furnish a duplicate replacement part free of charge F.O.B. job site. Note: All defective parts must be returned to All Lift Cranes via freight collect for inspection.
- This product warranty does not apply to equipment which has been subject to misuse, use in excess of rated capacity, improper installation or maintenance.
- All Lift Cranes is not responsible for any down time and lost production.
- Every unit receives a quality paint job before shipping from our facility. Unfortunately, no paint job can be protected against carrier abuse via common carrier. Upon request we can provide touch paint. If the crane is damaged in any way other than cosmetic paint damage the customer must sign for the shipment damaged.
